2023-24 Enrollment Incentives and Fees
If you refer a new family who enrolls at Heritage, you will receive a $500 credit toward your family’s tuition. (The prospective student’s parent must notify the school office of your referral.) It is our understanding that this credit is classified as income to you and is reportable to the IRS. *Not available for International, Core, or Independent Study.
The enrollment fee covers maintenance and transfer of student records, student accident insurance, ACSI membership, Student/Parent Handbook, guidance counseling, student body ID card, free admission to home athletic contests (except CIF playoff games), earthquake supplies, chapel

Payment Options
Tuition for the 2023-24 School Year is due and payable on or before July 7, 2023. In an effort to make tuition payments as convenient as possible, we offer payment plans as noted below.
Annual Payment
Pay in full directly to the school by July 7 via cash or check: $100 discount (No discount is allowed for payment via credit card or for late payments.) If not paid by July 7 installment plan will be set up.
Semester Payments
Pay in two semester payments directly to the school via cash or check: $50 discount. First payment is due by July 7. Second payment is due by December 8, 2023. (No discount is allowed for payment via credit card or for late payments.)
Monthly Payments
Eleven or ten monthly payments paid through electronic direct debit. Families may choose to have payment due on the 5th or the 20th of each month.
Financial Policies
If you choose not to attend Heritage Christian, our refund policy states:
- Prior to July 1, one-half of the enrollment fee may be refunded if the request is in writing
- After July 1, no part of the enrollment fee is refundable
Financial Aid
A limited amount of aid is available for families who qualify based on demonstrated financial need. The Application link is on our website under FACTS K-12. Applications are reviewed by an independent outside organization as received. Financial aid requests must be renewed each year. Financial aid is not available for International or Independent Study.
Miscellaneous Fees
A $25 late fee will be charged if payment is not received within 10 days of due date. A $30 returned check fee will be assessed on all returned checks or electronic transfers. Tuition is an annual fee for the school year. However, if a student withdraws during the school year, charges will be prorated. There is a $50 withdrawal fee per student. Other fees are charged for: school uniforms, PE clothes, sports participation, choir outfits, cheer uniforms, yearbook purchase, graduation, music or theater academy, zero period classes, elective course materials fees (art, photography, woodshop, etc.), AP course fee, detention and day care.
